Church and Culture with the Pro Loco, concluded "Cribs love ..."
A packed conference room of the center of excellence of the airport was the setting for the closing ceremony of the exhibition-competition "... I love Corigliano Nativity", organized by Pro Loco "City of Corigliano Calabro, chaired by Joseph Pucci.
The debate began with the introduction of the moderator of the work, the journalist Fabio Pistoia, which highlighted "the goodness of the Pro event site and the need to recognize the institutional role that it plays in the territory."
And 'Then came the President of the Pro Loco, Joseph Pucci, "soul" of the event along with all members, who thanked "those who, for various reasons, have made it possible to revive the old town." Soon after, the word has fallen to the sub-commissioner of the City, Edward D'Andrea, on behalf of the Special Commissioner, Paola Galeone, stressed "the organizational capacity of the Pro site, despite the tight financial conditions of the institution." To intervene, then Monsignor Frank Milito, episcopal vicar for the Diocese of culture and ecumenism-Rossano Cariati, which highlighted "the importance and function of the crib, a symbol of the Nativity," congratulating the Pro site.
During the evening, also were delivered more than 60 certificates to those who attended the event and was shown the DVD "Images of Nativity scenes on display, made by Giorgio Tricarico with the collaboration of James Felicetti. Finally, the findings of the President Pucci, who recalled "the spirit of healthy competition that has animated the whole exhibition-competition" and the reading of the minutes of the jury (composed by Giuseppe Cosimo Pirro, Enza Tassitani and Mariagrazia Sangregorio), which followed the announcement of the winners: first place went to the crib made by "art shop" craftsman Louis Esposito, Salvatore Santelli in the second and the third primary school "Pope John XXIII Corigliano.
